After unwinding a bit, Gabi and I went down to the casino with a guy she sat next to on her plane and a few of his friends. We were starving so bailed early and went to a cute pizza place.
Everyone (like seriously everyone in SAS) was planning on going to a local bar/club called Senor Frogs. I attached a pic (not sure how it's going to show up). We went back and were hanging in the guys room and then met some other SASers while on the balcony. Four of them go to U of Michigan, one goes to Indiana, and the others go to schools that don't count :)
Anyways the ten of us went to Senor Frogs together. After dancing and the such, Gabi and I left in a taxi. On our way home our taxi gets pulled over for running a red light (he was turning right and stopped so I thought nothing of it. But since they drive on the opposite side of the road it would be like US. peeps turning left on red). It was AWESOME. Three really uniformed police officers get out of the car. All three were in sync: open doors, one foot out, other foot out, stand up. They looked as if shiza was going to go down. Long story short they gave us a ride back to the Sheraton (turned on the lights to pass some guy who was going too slow).
I've attached a pic of their uniforms (the pic is white but the uniforms they were wearing were dark blue). We really wanted to get a picture with them but we thought it was inappropriate to ask.
FF: Gabi and I both saved $8 by getting a police ride home.
